By accessing our website or booking our junk removal services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

2. Services Description

CHI-LLAX Junk Removal provides residential and commercial junk removal, hauling, and disposal services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area. Services include but are not limited to furniture removal, appliance disposal, yard debris cleanup, construction debris removal, and general household junk removal.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via third-party scheduling tools. We operate daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Same-day and next-day service may be available depending on location and crew availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing and Payments

Pricing is based on the volume of junk removed and the type of items. Estimates provided online or over the phone are approximate and subject to change upon on-site assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as agreed upon. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not remove the following items:

• Hazardous materials, chemicals, or toxic waste
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Explosives, ammunition, or firearms
• Medical or biological waste
• Unsecured propane tanks or pressurized containers
• Items that require special licensing or permits to transport

If you are unsure whether we can remove a specific item, please contact us before booking.

6. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. We appreciate your courtesy in notifying us as soon as possible.

7. Liability and Insurance

CHI-LLAX Junk Removal is fully licensed and insured. We take great care when removing items from your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to property or items not directly caused by our crew during the removal process. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

8. Recycling and Disposal

We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal. We recycle and donate items whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee that every item will be recycled or donated, as this depends on local facilities, item condition, and donation center acceptance policies.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, interfere with its operation, or transmit any harmful code or data.
